I am using Dynamics 365 online and I went to activate the Campaign entity but all we have available is the Quick Campaign entity. Any thoughts? I was thinking they maybe got rid of it but I don't see anything online.

Are you using D365 Sales Professional?
According to the previous licensing terms, "Marketing Campaign" was not part of Sales Professional license. It comes with "Sales Enterprise"

But with recent changes in December, "Marketing Campaign" is also included in "Sales Professional". Probably it will be made available in the next latest update.
