Login to Dynamics 365 (CRM) online using corporate Gmail account

We as an organization is using Gmail / Google suite (slack and gmail) within our Organization for communication purposes and also for authentication purposes.

Login to Dynamics 365 online is the only system where user has been using a different email id(non gmail account) i.e. user@company.onmicrosoft.com . 

Is there a way I can replace / link / map the corporate Gmail account to that of the Dynamics 365 login account so that users don't need to remember both email accounts. I'm aiming for single sign-on.

    Hi,

    This should be doable from the admin center. You can add new domains as shown in the image below. I suggest you try this on a trial environment first before you try it on the production environment

    Hi Raghavender,

    You could do this by creating guest users in Azure AD of your Office 365 / Dynamics 365 tenant based on their Google-account, with the help of Azure AD B2B.

    You need to setup a federation with Google.

    For more info see:

    This will provide a single sign-on experience for the users.

    The license for Dynamics 365 should be assigned to the guest user accounts.
