Change from Dynamics CRM Online to Dynamics 365

Hi everyone

First of all sorry if the below question is basic knowledge, but i don't usually work with CRM so i'm at a loss.

I have a customer which currently subscribes to Dynamics CRM Online Professional, but needs to be moved to a Dynamics 365 licenses, due to a change in CSP providers, however i don't know which Dynamics 365 plan to choose which equals Dyn Crm Pro, could someone maybe help to answer this "simple" question :-)

Dynamics CRM Online Professional Licenses have two ways of transition to Dynamics 365 Licenses.

You can choose an application licenses which means you will move to Dynamics 365 for Sales or Dynamics 365 to Customer Service, or you can choose the Enterprise Plan 1, which will include both as well as Project Service and Field Service.

Essential Customers are moved to Team Members Licenses.
