This error is occurring when the user is trying to merge records?

Any feedback would help!

Thank you!

    Hi Nick hows it going. The error your getting is because the user whose merging doesnt have write privelidges to an entity , the objecttype code appears to be Activity, so you need to review their priveliges for Activities and rember to review Append and Append to priveliges also;

    ObjectTypeCode: 4200, objectBusinessUnitId: 8b931efc-8fd2-e111-ac7b-00155d37c821, AccessRights: WriteAccess

    I hope this helps :)

    Best Wishes, Raz

    Hello,

    Seems that one of users who is responsible for record that is chosen as a master in merging process doesn't have rights for editing of activities. To resolve that issue you should grant that users rights to modify activities using security roles.
