In Customer Order flow of transaction -- 1. add product 2. add customer 3. pickup or delivery 4. payment

Here I want to bypass 3rd step and upon adding the product to the cart itself my delivery should be pickup and from the default store(Houston) and pickup date should be todays date..

I am thinking that I have to set the delivery mode, ware house id and Request Delivery date for the cartlines present. but not sure how to set the values or whether it is right way to do.

can anyone please let me know how to complete the above requirement.

I don't think you can skip the delivery mode selection part. Every customer order needs to have a delivery mode either pick up or ship.
