After initially creating a PO in RMS, when edited later, the added items are automatically added with a cost of $0 instead of their actual cost in the system. When the PO is received, the added item costs are changed to $0. Any idea why this happens?

    firstly you have to make sure the option is ticked of in the options under purchase order to update supplier cost, after that in the supplier tab in database you need to add the cost there first or when you do a purchase order put the cost and it will lock it ion for you..if you need help to configure it just email me at zacxs23@hotmail.com and you can also use teamviewer to let me log in to fix it for you.
