I installed Cafex Live assist for Microsoft USD on Omni channel for USD implementation successfully. After installation, there were some theme and styling issues . The top black bar changed to grey, Omni channel icon was reverted to the USD default logo and the home button disappeared.
I spent much time trying to fix these issues but unfortunately with no result. I have attached screenshots highlighting the issues (comparing Omni channel USD implementation only vs Omni channel with live assist)to be more clear.
Solution that I have tried:
-Prevent the live assist chat control from loading and removing the customization file
-Checking every action call that set theme in USD

Installing the Live Assist to a CRM with an existing USD setup will create configurations to your CRM and NOT MERGING to your existing, thus, results to duplicate hosted controls, UII actions, etc. which makes your existing USD setup go nuts. You just have to clean up some areas, you can use the link to start.
