Regarding - Solving error in Porduction BOM

HI EXPERTS ,

when I try to do some development I kind a received this type of error 

The Production BOM Line does not exist. Identification fields and values: Production BOM No.='',Version Code='',Line No.='0'

whether I have set an action and used fieldref.value method triggered using OnAction trigger 

Can anyone pleas help me ....
