CRM tasks synch to Outlook

When we create tasks in CRM they appear on our Outlook tasks, however, they do not indicate the contact name nor can we click through to return to the CRM record. Do we have the correct setup?

    Hi,

    It does sound right. the contact name doesn't sync in task.

    Take a look here for the field synchronization for task entity. technet.microsoft.com/.../dn832089.aspx
