hi , how do I link two different entity records in a business process flow without having to click on 'create' after I click on 'next stage', I just want the new record to be created automatically when I click on next stage, just like it happens the in out of the box lead to opportunity process

thanks,

Martyna

    Hi

You can create a workflow on entity A which will create another entity B record once some specific condition will meet.

And you can pre-populate the record B lookup with entity A. That will automatically relate your entity B record with entity A.

    Thanks

I have created the workflow but it still requires me to select the record that was created via the workflow after I click on next Stage, it's an unnecessary click, if the two records are already linked why can't it just go straight into the second entity record after I click on Next stage, has anyone managed to do this?
