Revenue Percentage increase in Contract Administration module

Hi All, I have a prospect that works in renting shops and areas and needs to manage the contracts with his clients and the contract value increases each year, the contract can be for years and am not able to figure out how can I setup the annual percentage increase in the contract administration module of the field service, I thought of making the contract annual and use the renewal option but I need the contract to be with the whole duration and increase the annual invoices with the required percentage, can anyone help? thank you so much.
