Option Set Probelem

We have a field under phone call called subject, now this field is an option set with various values like 'lead phone call" and 'verification phone call'. I want to filter a view down to a certain subject but instead of giving me the option to filter to a certain value it asks me to enter text (WHY?). I had a go at entering in one of the values in the option set as the text for filtering but it does not work as the view then displays nothing.

    Mike,

    From the screen shots you have provided it appears to me that you must have two fields that are named Subject and you are selecting the one that is a text field and not new_phonesubject which is the option set.

    Yes I actually figured this out last night and face palmed pretty hard. Thanks anyway
