New store without having a store template database

We are trying to create a new store database and the store template database has been irretrievably destroyed. I need to use one of the current stores databases to create the new store template (there are 100000 items). When I create and export the new store, all the transactions and item quantities go with it. What do I have to do to make the inventory numbers right? I have deleted all the transactions, but do I just need to zero out all of the item quantities? Are there other considerations for making sure the inventory numbers stay correct? Should I just delete all of the items and allow them to repopulate from the HQ when the database is brought online and synced? Any help will be greatly appreciated. RMS 2.0 Version 2.1006. SQL Server 2014.

when you create the new store in HQ Manager from new store wizard insert default QTY = 0

if you export an old store it will exported with its transactions and last updated QTY.
