Timbrado de CFDI México

Buen día compañeros.
Actualmente usamos Business Central Saas y estamos usando el PAC Interfactura para el sellado de CFDI´s. Solamente que hace unos meses atrás agregamos la opción para cancelar los CFDI´s desde Business Central y agregamos el método llamado CancelaTimbre.

Pero nos hemos percatado que 10 de los CFDI que se mandan a cancelar, 6 no se han cancelado y ya pasaron más de 72 horas, ya que si consultamos el estado de cancelación sigue mostrando “Cancelación en curso”.

Quisiera saber si a alguno de ustedes a presentado esta problema o solamente es con nosotros.

    I'm sorry, I haven't used the Mexican localization feature before. Hopefully, the following information will give you some hints.

    Hello ,
    Yes this is a known type of flow in Business Central Mexico: when you send a CFDI cancellation, BC can move it to Cancel In Progress, but the final result depends on the PAC/SAT response, not just on BC itself. Microsoft’s docs say you should use Get Response to refresh the status, and the document can remain in progress until the PAC/SAT returns Canceled, Rejected, or keeps it In Process. So if some documents stay like that for more than 72 hours, I’d first verify that your status-query method is working correctly and that the cancellation reason/substitution data is valid, then I’d push the case to Interfactura, because at that point it looks more like a PAC/SAT-side issue than a standard BC behavior issue.
