Exporting full case summary.

Hi..I was ask by my manager to print to out the full case summary including case posts, activates (flow of email). i was able to export only limited case summary like case details and customer information with desipction but I was unable to export post note and actives. Kindly help me out in exporting full case summary.

You will have to search for activities, notes and posts separately as these are different entities. You will have to search for each entity in advance find by the related case and export the data.

Kindly see that attach picture, I want to export this full case details summary. Case details, Customer Information, description,Post,Activities(flow of email), recent case...every thing to to export and print out.

Hi Imran,

As I said, activities, posts, notes etc. these are separate entities and you cannot export all of this information in one go. You will have to use advance find, search for each type of record using the actual case reference and then export it.

Hi,

If you are using CRM 2016

you can use word templates , Here you can design the word template based on your requirement, the date can be fetch from the related records. this is just like SSRS reports, but more limitations.

Write a sql-statement to get the data from database and copy it to an excel file.

I am currently trying to do this but I can't find a way to put the notes and activities in one table.

Ideally, I want a report (which will be run per record) which has a table like the below that includes both activities and notes and is then ordered in chronological order.

Date Title Notes Filename (if applicable)
