How do you obtain a mapping of Microsoft Dynamics GP importing of sales orders? I am looking to import my data from my front end software to GP, we use Repzio to process our orders.

Allow me to get the issue clarified, do you currently have an integration between the front end and Dynamics GP ?
Are you looking for methods to integrate the data from the front end ordering system into Dynamics GP ?

No I do not have an integration between the front end and GP. And my front end programmers are asking for a mapping of how the data is imported into GP. I know of the different methods but I need to find out what he is wanting in regards to the map
When developers ask for the mapping, they could be possibly looking for each field on the front end and how to be reflected into Dynamics GP. For instance, in the front end system, you might have fields like (item code, selling price, category, discount ...etc). When it comes to Dynamics GP, the mapping is required to understand how data will be migrated accordingly, for instance (SOP Transaction Window: Item Number, unit price, item class, mark down or discount amount) ...etc.
I can not dive much more as I don't know what they are precisely looking for. Although, it is important to consider the eConnect schema reference in case they are building an integration from scratch, it will provide the definition and rules required to be considered in their integration project.
In case they have not set a clear plan for the integration method yet, they can start by considering the various integration methods available for Dynamics GP.
I recommend considering your partner in this type of integration to provide the required knowledge and know-how for the integration.
