We found the below 2 CodeUnits are scheduled in the job queue entries in BC environment (22.2.56969.57282) with the name of end users. No administrators scheduled it and the end users said they did not either.

Hi, I just came across the same thing with a new on-prem installation of BC
The 1441 RC headlines Executor Job Q entry appears to have been created when the user selected "Want to learn more about Business Central " headline and it took them to the MS Learn website
