We want to define the language of the output document & e-mail based on the language of the contact instead of the customer.

On a sales order, service order, sales invoice,... there are different contacts selected on each document. By default, BC takes the language of the customer, but there are different languages for each contact. How can we handle this?

Hi, there really is no good way. . . .It is recommended that you manually change the language code on the document, otherwise you can consider customizing it.
