D365 CE - sync'd user historical data retention

Hi all,

How would you maintain inactive users in historic data, when D365 CE users are synced with Azure AD? I am concerned that when the user is no longer active in Azure AD and eventually removed, that the historic data they have in D365 is in jeopardy. Any insights or documentation is greatly appreciated.

Hi LamarG,

You will not lose the historic data associated with inactive users. The data will still exist in Dynamics 365.
