
I need to upgrade the POS AiO station from Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 to a new hardware running Windows 10. How do I go about moving the license form the old software to the new installation for Store Operations POS? or reactivate the software
1) Is the license on the server or the POS station?
2) Is there an extraction tool for that?
3) or is it in the registry somewhere?

As for the license keys (for each RMS POS "lane" license, you will need the original license key which was emailed to the customer, on a piece of cardboard in the RMS software box, or was on the CD sleeve. If the customer does not have these items, then the license key can be accessed via their CustomerSource account (customer must be current on BRAP/Annual RMS Maintenance to have a CustomerSource account). You may also be able to retrieve the license key via PartnerSource if the customer is assigned to you.
