Check Format 10411 Bank Name

I have a customer who needs to have the bank name and a code on the top of the check.  I have searched through the fields on the check format 10411 and there doesn't seem to be any fields pulling from the bank account except the routing and account number.  Are there any other fields I could use to put this information into and add to the check without a custom dataset?

    We had the similar request and we could not find any other field. As you mentioned we ended up using custom dataset.
