Standard vs Managed column types

I'm tying to load the Contacts Table in Dynamics365 I'm populating all the required fields from my Azure SQL but still get 

 

Error code: 0x80040239, Message: DateTime is less than minumum value supported by CrmDateTime. Actual value: 01/01/0001 00:00:00, Minimum value supported:

 

Firstname

lastgame

customfield1

customfiels2

email

 

birthday is categorized as 'recomended' so I put a SQL getdate()

 

I'm wondering what the other data time columns I might need to provide and see Standard and Managed columns. What is the difference? 

 

Any idea why I can't load my data?

    Hi @ncfusion,

    A standard column is a column that comes out-of-the-box with Dataverse. A managed column is a column from any other 1st (e.g. Dynamics 365) or 3rd party apps (e.g. Click Dimensions) that is controlled by its managed solution. 

    A custom column aka "unmanaged column" is a column that was created in the current environment or a column what was created by importing a unmanaged solution.
