Hello ,
 
I wanted to confirm that if there is a license transition plan to Business Central from NAV.
Customer already has 10 NAV licenses and now wants to migrate to Business Central.
They have paid the BREP.
 
Please suggest if they will get any benefit for their existing NAV licenses or they will have to buy all new BC licenses.

    If they are upgrading to BC On-Premise, there is no change to their existing BREP.  Business Central is the latest release of Dynamics NAV.
     
    If they are migrating to BC Cloud, there is a Bridge to the Cloud 2 promotion that can be utilized to transfer the BREP as a credit toward the cloud licensing.  There are a lot of rules around the promo, especially the three-year commitment.  The promo ends at the end of the year, so I would take a strong look at it if the client is making this move.

    Hi, and you also need to consider the issue of Universal code. I personally recommend upgrading to the Cloud version.
