You can’t preview a report from the Job Queue because it runs reports in the background (server-side) without user interaction. That means no request page, no preview window — only predefined output actions like print, save as PDF/Excel, or send by email. If you need to test layout or filters, you must run the report manually first; Job Queue is strictly for unattended execution by design.
