Warehouse Slotting replenishment with demand type transfer order

Hi Guys,

I am trying to use Slotting replenishment by creating demand from Transfer Order.

Issue : When Locate demand step is used, slotting plan shows "slot located demand". However, cases where Slot Demand is greater than available Inventory in any Pick location (defined in a zone), it doesnt suggest any PICK location. Is there any standard approach or workaround to correct this please?

In below example I have tried to show that a slotting template is created to move stock from OVERFLOW ZONE to different ZONE i.e PUT locations in that Zone.

As you can see it generated demand of 40 for Item001 and in any Pick location (Overflow zone) stock is not more than 40 (Pick location 1= 35 qty and Pick location 2=15 qty). Hence Pick location is not suggested in Replenishment work.

Hi Gaurav, is the parameter 'Split work' active on your location directive? If not, can you tick this checkbox and try it again?
