Help about error opening the page

I am new to this forum. I am a crm user. when I try to reach an item in CRM I got following error. I think its related with internet options but I couldn't find. Can you help me please ***** Error An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

    Hello Goksky,

    Internet Explorer 11 is presently not compatible with CRM 2011 or CRM 2013. You can refer this link support.microsoft.com/.../2669061. This is one of the reasons why you are seeing these unexpected behavior.

    I would suggest downgrading Internet Explorer to version 10 and check if the issue persists.

    Actually we resolved it.

    Re-booting the CRM server didn't work, so we removed the only changes made between the previous day and that morning, the Automatic Updates from Microsoft. Doing that and rebooting didn't help, but when we stopped and restarted the services on the server that cleared it.

    I don't know why thta worked when restarting the server didn't but I'm not complaining. Hopefully someone else will find this useful.

    Can you try to reset IE and check if you still receive the issue,

    Follow the below instruction to reset IE

    my ie version is 11.0.9600.16976

    and I don't know crm versiyon because I cannot open the help page.

    But yesterday I play with internet options and now probelm is not opening the page but the icons like save and close are not functioning in some pages and when I close the windows it gives an error and followibg is the error report

    I am having an identical problem. Last night, everything was fine.

    This morning I get that error on every users screen. My CRM for Outlook interface is likewise unable to connect. I've remoted onto the CRM server and the installation is there and enabled, but no-one can connect to it.

    I'm using Internet Explorer 8, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 version 5.0.9690.2243.

    Will simply rebooting the server fix it?

    Which version of IE and CRM are you getting this error and also let me know are you getting this error for all the links in CRM
