Hi,

I want know the usage for ABC code on customer from.

    It is for classification of customers according to their level of importance (having Pareto principle or the 80/20 rule in mind) and can be determined using metrics such as sales revenue.

    ABC code for customers is to classify in different category for "revenue " and "Contribution Margin" for customer's analysis.

    Hi M. Yoko,

    As far as I can tell, there is no functionality linked to this field. That means there is no way for F&O to populate A/B/C on a Customer (based on some calculation perhaps). And if you do set it manually, there is no functionality which will do anything with that information. Except, of course, it would be possible to use the field on the Select query of any Customer-related periodic jobs.
