Like the Subject of this Question says,
I want to know if it's possible to program a date/hour to install a code extension in BC.

Not out of the box but we are planning to develop something similar using BC/Power Apps etc.
Hi, This sounds like a very good idea.
But when deploying an extension in BC, we can only choose the following three options.
So if you want to do it now, you can only combine the settings of Minor Update. However, this also has great limitations....
