Quick View Form - Split section into columns

Hi,

I have created a quick view form (Contact Quick View) in 'Lead' entity.

When I double click on the 'contact quick view' I got its properties.

When I click 'Edit' button, then we get the quick view form details.

Here we can see that all contact details are in one column. I want to split the marked portion into 2 or 3 columns.

Is this possible?

I'm not sure if you can do that using OOB customization.

The formatting tab not available for "Tab" and "Session" customization.

    Hi Gokul,

Unfortunately, adding two or three column sections are not available for quick view forms, you wont be able to do this.

    Hi Gokul,

Maybe this blog guides you towards a possible solution:

    crmtipoftheday.com/.../multi-line-text-on-quick-view-forms

Maybe add a second cell part to the xml or copy from other form xml. So with trial and error it might work.

    Good luck,

    Andreas

    An alternative could be:

Create two quick view forms with separate set of fields.

Ad both of them on your lead form next to each other, this allow you to see data in two columns
