Dynamics 365 provides strong ERP capabilities like finance, project management, CRM, and reporting, but for industries like real estate many companies usually extend it with vertical solutions built on top of the platform.
I previously worked on a property management solution built on Dynamics 365 that is listed on Microsoft AppSource. It adds industry-specific functionality such as property unit management, lease and rental management, sales tracking, agreement handling, and financial integration within the ERP.
From what I’ve seen, these types of vertical solutions help bridge the gap between standard ERP capabilities and the operational needs of real estate businesses like property developers, leasing companies, and asset managers. They allow companies to manage the full lifecycle of properties and tenants while keeping financials and operations inside the same system.
