Fidelity points on back office order

Hello Community,

I have a scenario where I need to be able to collect fidelity points on sale orders coming from back office.

The sales order is not linked to a retail channel and as far as I know, I'm not able to use fidelity card on the transaction and then collect points on customer fidelity card.

Is it a way to handle this ?

    Hi Gregory,

    You are right - in case you are talking about loyalty points.
    They can only be earned if the loyalty program is attached to the channel that is trying to earn them.

    I was able to find a solution by using Call center functionality. I've created a "Back office" Call center and loyalty program is applied.
