MSCRM_CONFIG database error: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Hi all

I bring my MSCRM_CONFIG database offline. When I take it online. It is showing me error as shown below

Please help me. Where should I wrong?

    Hi,

    Restart sql server services and app pool, and check.

    It's also possible that some other process (e.g. file backup or anti-virus) may be accessing the file.

    Overall, this sounds more a SQL issue than a CRM one. The only circumstance I know of where CRM might try accessing the database files while the database is offline is if an instance of the CRM Setup program is running
