Using GP through Citrix and printers dropping out

Has anyone experienced any issues running GP 2010 SP3 through Citrix with printers dropping offline?  We have been having this issue for a week now.  I installed SP3 on the 18th of July and things were fine for 2 1/2 days.  We had issues with our hosting company on Monday July 23rd.  They had DNS issues and we dropped offline.  Ever since we came back up we have been having a ton of issues with GP not being able to find printers because Citrix is dropping them offline.  This is a HUGE issue when posting to the GL and the journals can't print.  Any help would be appreciated!

    Holly,

    Follow-up on Jonathan's recommendation to work with the hosting company.  One of the hosting companies we work with on a Citrix environment does have a fix that corrects the printers constantly being dropped.  

    It took about 1/2 hour of down time to implement, but no more issues after that.

    Yes Holly may people run into this issue with Citrix. This is normal for GP. If the printers aren't actually available you are going to see problems. Have you deteremined why Citrix is dropping the printers? Remember that if we are using GP on a local machine you will not see this issue. When you change the default printer on the OS GP will reflect that change. Your hosting company needs to work with deteremining why the printers are not available as this is not a GP issue.

    I do remember there were issues with the dex.ini listing printers with IP addresses, and we removed the ip address printers from the dex.ini.
