Hi All,

I am encountering an issue while trying to insert record into Dimension Values of Different Companies in Business Central using Power Automate. I am Makin the use of HTTP callout for a custom API.

Interestingly, the records are being inserted successfully for the "Master Company". However, for the other companies, I am confronted with an error despite having both Admin and Super Permission Sets.

The error messaged that I receive is as Below
Error; -

{
  "error": {
    "code""Internal_DataNotFoundFilter",
    "message""Access is denied to company 'XXXX'.  CorrelationId:  xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx"
  }
}

Thank You

    Hi
    Are you using custom APIs? Do the extension and users have the appropriate permissions in all companies?

    Do you have the Company Name correctly spelled out, including lower/upper cases? And are you not confusing the Company Name with Display Name?

    Have you tried running a GET call within the same company name you're getting this error message?

    Hi, The API permission cannot be set to Super.

    Please check the following settings and delete the Company Name, which should solve the problem.
    PS: Using OAuth to connect Business Central APIs and Web Service in Postman

    Thanks.

    The error "Access is denied to company 'XXXX'" suggests that the API user lacks necessary permissions for the other companies. Ensure the user has appropriate permissions in each company and check that the API configuration correctly targets these companies.
