Fixed Assets Error: Target dates fiscal year may not be greater than the current fiscal year selected book

Where are you getting this error?
Without knowing I would say you need to rebuild the FA Calendars and make sure they are built for ALL years. GP only allows you to go up to 12/31/2199 (at least in GP2013) in the FA module.

Go to Fixed Assets Setup and see the book setup for a specific FA book. There you can see the current fiscal year of the FA book.
If you try to process any transaction with a date(fiscal period) greater than the current fiscal year, GP will not allow this.
