Hi,
We have purchased a new D365 license , but we couldn't find the azure subscription which is required for the deployment , Do we need to purchase Azure subscription separately or it should come as a basic with D365 license?

When you have purchased the license, you can run the application in the Microsoft cloud. It does not include licenses for Azure in your tenant.
Which exact app did you purchase? Dynamics 365 is a suite of different applications.
Which D365 App are you referring to (D365 F&O / Sales / Customer Service / Field Service / Business Central/ Retail)?

We have purchased D365FO , and i found that to configure the environments no need for your own subscription and by default license will provide the 3 environment for our basic deployment.
That is correct. Microsoft will create an LCS project in their tenant for D365FO and you can then deploy a build, staging and production environment.
However, if you want to use e.g. PowerBI, you can create an Azure Data Lake in your own subscription (not included in the D365FO subscription) and use data feeds to transfer data into it.
