Hi:

Below is a screenshot showing that the datasets in my report are no longer able to connect to the data source.

This happened, back on February 8, 2023.

From that date forward, data does not display in my report of course.

I'm in the process of contacting IT to see if the credentials changed back in February.  Perhaps, that's the culprit.  I don't know, because I don't have access to the /area/ of Power BI showing the credentials.

Other than contacting IT, what is the resolution to this issue?

Thanks!

John

    Hi, If your settings have not changed, I suspect that the client secret of the Azure App has expired. This should only be accessible by Azure administrators.
    Azure Portal -> App registrations

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
