Hi guys,
I have a problem with the Personalize function:
On some standard pages for example I tried to use this function to show some fields or to place them elsewhere.
Unfortunately, that never worked. The program then always crashes. However, there is no error message.
My Business Central is an onPrem installation version 14.
I found a powershell script:
finsql.exe Command=generatesymbolreference, Database="<Database Name>", ServerName=<SQL Server Name\<Server Instance>
If I use that, the personalization will work...
But that can't be the solution ?! Why is that so?
Can someone explain to me, why this behaviour is as it is?
