Hello,
I have a user who is getting an error message when they try and access "Documents" in CRM. The error message is
"X This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of information you enter into t his website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame. What you can try: Open this content in new window."
This person is able to click on the link to open in a new window, but the display is very different from what it normal or typical.
No other user is having this problem. It started a few a weeks ago but nothing new has been installed. When she logs into another user's machine where their CRM is working perfectly fine, she still has the same issue. It seems like a CRM profile is following her and causing the issue. Could this be? She has also tried IE and Chrome, still the same issue.
Any help to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.
