If you use the cloud version, Microsoft provides automatic backup.

If you are using the On-Pre version, please use the SQL automatic backup function.

In the SaaS version, Microsoft manages backups automatically for all environments. Backups are created every day and retained for up to 30 days, with options for more frequent restores if needed.

If you need a specific point-in-time snapshot, consider creating a sandbox environment by copying your current environment. This way, you have a secondary backup instance to reference without affecting production data.
