We were on the CRM Online subscription and recently updated to the Dynamics 365 license structure. We have an online web portal that has an SSL uploaded to it. Now there is a problem with the online portal because the DNS entry no longer points to the right IP address. I've tried ping, online IP checkers, etc, and they all say the website doesn't exist. How I can find my portal's IP address to fix my DNS entry so my SSL will go back to turning the address bar green and all that fancy stuff?

Thanks for the reply. I tried pinging the custom domain name, the original domain name (eg mycompany.microsoftcrmportals.com) along with every variation of the URL including the http, https, www, and so forth. I get an initial response saying Pinging such and such [IP Address] with 32 bytes of data, but then all of the requests time out. I've tried used the IP that's returned, but it appears to just be something Azure related.
Hi Brandon,
When you say you have tried pinging the address was it specifically the IP or did you try to ping to actual URL (e.g. ping https://myportal.mycompany.com)?
