Unable to disable notification in the Vendor List screen in Business Central

Hello all,
 
I am not able to disable notification in the vendor list screenshot and when clicking on disable notification. 
The notification is popping up again and again. 
Where as the users in other place are able to disable the same notification.
There was an issue earlier with users, 
Hello, 
I am unable to select the vendor that I want to select in the vendors list. 
When I click on the particular vendor, the system selects the vendor below the vendor that I want to select. 
For example, In the below instance, I want to select the vendor suspense. But the system auto selects the vendor "asahi" which is below the vendor "suspense"
I have suggested users to use the up arrow and down arrow button on the keyboard as a workaround solution for this to progress with the job. 
 
Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

    Issue 1: "Disable Notification" not working
    • Root Cause: Likely a UI or caching in your Business Central environment.
    • It can be  browser extension conflict, or role-based permission differences.
    • Quick Fixes:
      • Clear browser cache and cookies.
      • Try in incognito mode or a different browser.
      • Check if your role has personalization restrictions.
     Issue 2: Wrong vendor being selected
    • Root Cause: UI misalignment—click targets are offset.
    • Why it happens: Often due to zoom level, screen resolution, or custom page modifications.
    • Quick Fixes:
      • Reset browser zoom to 100%.
      • Resize the window or try full-screen mode.
      • Check if any personalization or extension is affecting layout.

    Notification not disabling – Sometimes notifications are controlled by "My Notifications" (per-user setting). Check Tell Me → My Notifications, find the relevant notification, and disable it there instead of only from the Vendor List.
     
     

    If the problem persists for all users, it may be a product bug → best to log it with Microsoft support.
