Cannot upload data from Access Database

I uploaded an Access DB to OneDrive and when I tried to open I get the following:

An exception occurred: DataSource.NotFound: Microsoft Access: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine OLEDB provider may be required to read this type of file. To download the client software, visit the following site: go.microsoft.com/.../. (Session ID: 889b4510-f286-11ed-826c-0915c67cc7ea, Region: us)

Kindly explain where I need to install the 64 bit engine.

    Hi Mauricio,

    Sorry for the late response. We looked into the error details, and it points an issue with the ACE Driver.. we see that you have installed  "Install www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx Access DB 64 bit." which seems to the incorrect version:

    "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable"

    Our documentation provides the link to download the proper ACE driver Download Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable from Official Microsoft Download Center.

    Can we confirm that you have the proper ACE provider installed in this Gateway machine you are trying to use? If so, please provide us with the version of the "Microsoft Access Database Engine" that you have installed within the Gateway machine.

    This is a very important step to clarify before we proceed further into the investigation.
