Hi Guys,

I have a problem here right now:

I set up a custom ribbon button, usually it can be displayed like this, both legacy web client interface and Unified Interface are normal:

But when I select a record, only legacy web client can still see it, and Unified interface can't see this ribbon button.

    Hello,

Can you please provide screenshots of Button's command and to be more specific - visible and enable rules?

    Hi,

There are no display and enable rules, and the same is true in the command.

It is normal to display in the old web client interface, whether or not a record is selected. It's just that in the unified interface, if you select the record, the button will disappear.

I tried to set enable rule to true, all the time, but it didn't work in the Unified Interface.

Ok. Thanks for the explanation. Can you please explain what does your button do?

This button is used for getting selected records to implement some actions. So there are no workarounds to solve this problem.

Ok. If you're passing selected record to the function - add "Selected Records Count" rule and set min value to 1 without adding max value - that should give you what you need.

Thank you so much. I tried this way you said, it can work very well.

But I don't quite understand, why did I add a value rule and set default value to true that doesn't work?

That enable rule that you tried to used tied to the field. I believe it won't work without field and value.

If my reply/replies answered your question take a minute and verify an answer ticking "Yes" under the question "Did this answer your question?" at the top of my reply/replies.
