Hi folks,
I have a portal that contains a series of entity lists. The entity list used for our documents entity doesn't seem to update when a new record is created. This is a custom entity with change tracking enabled. Even when I clear the cache on the portal this doesn't update. I've double checked the view the entity list is built from and that shows all the document records.
I also understand that Microsoft says that it will take 15 mins to refresh (roughly) we've now waited two days and still no update.
Any help?
