Emails are stuck on draft status

Hello, 

I have a user which cannot send emails, all sent emails are stuck on draft status. I checked his email address "approved",  tried with different receivers, in To field i tried with 1 and multiple receivers. I compared his access with a colleague and they have same settings and roles.

Any ideas what can be the reason?

    Have you clicked on Send button on Email form to send an e-mail?

    Hi Ash1990,

    Maybe you can try to enable his mailbox and run test again:

    1.Navigate to Settings and then select Email Configuration.

    2.Select Mailboxes.

    3.Change the view from my My Active Mailboxes to Active Mailboxes.

    4.Select the mailbox and configure it as the following screenshot:

    5.then select the Approve Email button.

    6.After the mailbox is approved, you can select the mailbox and then select the Test & Enable Mailboxes button.
