I am doing user setup review and had the following enquiries
1. When i use jetreport to pull information from user group tables, there is a a field call "User Group - Assign to All New Users". and the following group are set to true for these field. What does this mean?
Full business access excluding user management
Dynamics 365 Extension management
D365 Excel Export Action
IntelligentCloud - All Data
does it means that any newly created users will auto had these right? or assigned this group.
When i create new users, the user group are blank and nothing was auto assigned.
2. There is this user group call D365 Full Access, does it mean that this user group is same as super users which had access to all object (read, right, insert, delete) permission ?
There is customization done by vendor and new set of right was assigned to access the customization. However my login profile can access these customization module and make changes although i was not assigned the customization user group. i was wondering is this due to the full access right?
