Can you remove their access to the company that your processing year-end close? (trying to remember GP 2010) When year-end is finished, then you can give people the access back. Maybe give it to the person checking the year-end numbers first and when it's ok, everyone else can get back in.
Hi aMr,
Citrix is a virtual computing environment. That means that you can run applications from a remote server that look like they are running on your local computer.

thanks for your prompt reply
unfortunately... that's feature not exist in GP 2010
for my information, what's "Citrix," this the first time to hear about it ?
As Matt has mentioned on GP 2010 there is no way to prevent this. In Dynamics GP 2015 they did add this feature.

On GP 2010, no. But in the current version of GP 2015, you have the ability to take a company offline for maintenance through Administration >> Utilities >> Take Company Offline.
If you use something like Citrix, you could disable Citrix access to all users during the YE close.
