Teh Global customer was starter in Dec 2009 and is updating the data from HQ to Store (6 stores) without issue until recently.
The Sales history informtion is updated but the Account Information and Additonal tab information were not updated.
Current version of HQ and Store is RMS 2.0.126 running on SQL Express 2005, Windows XP Professional SP3
I had tried the solution provided under TechKnowledge Document ID: 32813 but still not able to resolve this issue.
Anyone has encounterd such issue and has solution please advise.
