I can't add note with an attachment

show error

Invalid Operation performed.

information at about

2020 release wave 2 enabled

    Do you get any log file? If yes, please share.

    Also if you can attach a screenshot, would be easier for us to understand the issue.

    there's no download log file

    but now, I can attach file

    without doing anything
